Assessing your Psychometric Calibre through a Preliminary Test and give a feedback to awaken the candidate to identify the areas where he has to improve |

Providing training to strengthen in the areas where they lag behind, through either ONLINE or in Live programs to improve confidence, communication skill and other skills needed for enhancing competitiveness. |

Career counselling helps to identify the jobs in which they can excel in their career and provide advanced training to enhance competence and adaptability |

Providing more appropriate job opportunities to the eligible candidates |

We shortlist the candidates on the basis of the Score they attain in the ‘ Preliminary Psychometric Test ( PPT)’ and ‘Advanced Screening Process’. The Candidates who register for the ‘Training’ after the Preliminary Test will be given a retest to improve their Score. Only those who score above 70% in the PPT will be eligible for the ‘Advanced Screening Process’. |

The Job Opportunities will be offered to the Candidates who clear these two Processes successfully. The right to prepare or alter the eligibility lists is under the full authority of the Management of KASEC and its decision will be the final word. |

Each Candidate will be given three opportunities in every registration and the option for the re-registration will be decided by the Management of KASEC. |
